My Approach

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, often pulling from the needs of the individual to determine which therapeutic model is appropriate. I tend to weave together traditional and modern modalities that focus on human connection, empathy and behavior.

About me

I am the daughter of a teacher and an electrician. I am the wife of a video editor/photographer. I am the mother of strong willed children who love to test my limits. All of these things have shaped my desire to educate, trouble shoot, piece things together while maintaining authenticity and to never give up.

Getting Help

Reaching out for support for the first time can be difficult. Because of that, I am happy to have a 15-20 minute phone chat to answer to any questions you have about what to expect during therapy sessions and help you determine if therapy is right for you.

Stress

There is no normal life that is free of pain. It’s the very wrestling with our problems that can be the impetus for our growth.
